Here we are, Elaine and Robert! We escaped from corporate careers back in the 1980s to create our dream of a world-class bed and breakfast experience.

Here at the inn we get to do all the things we love: create and tend the ultimate lodging facility, walk daily on Lake Michigan's beach, host friends and family, share the best life celebrations of extraordinary guests, cook, garden, work together, serve our community, laugh every day.

2008 marks two big milestones for us: our 25th wedding anniversary and the 20th anniversary of Yelton Manor Bed and Breakfast.

Our dedicated staff shares our commitment to service and hospitality.

You'll meet Rayline, shown here with innkeeper friend Ginger, who you'll hear working and laughing with Elaine over breakfast in the mornings.

Cindi greets arriving guests with Robert in the afternoons and is a concierge extraordinaire. Cindi makes the Manor's homemade granola and she crafts the afternoon hors d'oeuvres to look and taste delectable.

We are totally hands-on, with Robert and Elaine's personal attention to detail, all day, every day. This makes a world of difference.

We are a family business. The love between everyone on the staff and the shared joy in service is the ultimate advantage that sets our everyday excellence at the highest level.
